The Free Your Fade knit shawl calls for three fades, and we've knit ours from light to dark, but you can fade the colors in and out as many times as you like! If you've never tried a fade technique, this shawl makes a great intro- and now I love to fade all my projects, I just can't get enough!

In this kit we've picked out three of our hand dyed yarns for your knitting pleasure, as with all of our dyes we've gone for some pretty bold and striking colors.

Gauge:
24 stitches x 36 rows = 4" (10cm) in garter stitch after blocking. However, the gauge is not so important for this project.

Sizes:
This shawl is knit in one size with a wingspan of 84" (213cm) and a center depth of 19" (49cm)

About the Yarn:
Hand dyed in store, every skein features a unique speckle and saturation pattern. Each of these yarns are made from different base fibers and while they are of similar weights you may find a slight different in stitch density across the shawl.

Total Yardage: 850- 1,250 Yards (775-1,143 meters)
Gauge: 7 Stitches per Inch on a Fibers Include: Bably Llama, Merino Wool, and Nylon

To care for your shawl gently hand wash it in cool water and lay it flat to dry in the shade. Iron Low, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach.
